How do I place an order?
Just add your favorite items to the cart and check out. Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope! But creating one lets you track orders, save favorites, and get early access to exclusive drops.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP at DATNEWDRIP@GMAIL.COM — if it hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do everything we can.

How long does shipping take?
• USA Orders: Typically 7–12 business days
• International Orders: Usually 10–20 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
My tracking isn’t updating — what do I do?
Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to update online. If it still isn’t updating, reach out to us and we’ll look into it immediately.

Do your tees and hoodies run true to size?
Some styles may run slightly small. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, order one size up.

Will the print crack or fade?
Our prints use high-quality inks and premium production methods to ensure long-lasting color, even after multiple washes. For best results, wash cold and hang dry.

Will the gold plating fade?

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most pieces are made with stainless steel or brass. If you have metal sensitivities, check each product description for details or email us.

What is your return policy?
Because many items are made-to-order, we accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the item is unworn and unused, email us — we’ll do our best to help. Some items may be eligible for an exchange, depending on stock and production.
